Nothing original about the storyline but good action scenes. Overall good mindless entertainment.
After watching, I had a feeling there'd be a lot of videos about it and it's obvious a lot of people watched it and loved it. They would be very foolish not to make a sequel. And the director/action choreographer/stuntman said he loved working with Chris, so. I think they will have Tyler survive. I mean it is open ended any ways, so they can do what they want.

This Movie is Ahead of its time, well directed and played. one of the Best Movies for sure. Guuuurl you are right up the road from me. I didn't know u were in B.R. I live in Amite, about 20ish mins from Hammond. I NEEEEEED to come see you! But girl u are prolly booked solid huh. The Woman Agent is so hot. I didn't expect to have a crush on her. Extraction is what happens when the team behind the Marvel movies with the best superhero fight sequences give us their take on grounded, bloody, R-rated modern action. Director Sam Hargrave is obviously an admirer of contemporary genre titans Chad Stahelski and Gareth Evans, but with his feature debut he proves he’s not just a fan but a similarly skilled peer. While definitely showcasing his own style, Hargrave isn’t shy about paying homage to the modern classics his film immediately joins the ranks of. Tight action thriller Chris Hemsworth is fantastic in a more serious role to what we've come to expect. Fast paced thriller with some amazing action scenes. Highly recommend for Netflickers An Extraction sequel is already being planned. I will be watching it. Youre done so much better on this episode... so please keep them coming. This story is more deep the trailer editor is taking revenge from the movie producer.

 

Some of these negative reviews should be banned from reviewing movies. Not every movie needs to be worthy of a Best Picture award. This movie was extremely entertaining from start to finish! The action scenes were John Wick"ish" so if that peaks your interest watch this movie. All languages available. Nik was one of the most badass characters EVER. Another strong female that Hollywood media will act like doesnt exist. The goonies beatdown was fun Never knew thor can be a badass while beating up street kids. Chris Hemsworth beats up kids in this movie. Automatic 10/10. The scenes that are more emotional for me, would be when Saju was beaten up, but the first thing he did in the hotel room was to call his wife and son, he knew he couldnt catch up to Tyler so he was waiting for death. When the kid talked about him feeling everyone was treating him like a possession but not a person When Tyler stop caring about the ten million cash, and fought his friend to save the boy. Because that is when he stop treating the kid like a possession. And I feel for the kid because that is probably the first real father moment he have. When Saju got killed distracting the mercenaries from the kid. When Tyler stayed behind to stop the mercenaries from catching the kid, but got killed. So this movie is pretty well written. I feel if the Netflix label is gone and it premiered it would be a blockbuster.

Watched this movie just a day ago, and really wanted to believe that is Tyler in the fuzzy ending. Loads of action, lots of violence, yes, but part of the character's mission and resolution to save the kid. LOVED IT! I'm a big Chris H fan. surprised. I give this film an A. It's deeper than I was expecting, and Hemsworth's performance has elevated him as an actor in my eyes.

I've ruined action movies for myself after watching The Raid 1 and 2.
